The Competitiveness Data Hub helps the six Western Balkan economies (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia) assess and benchmark their state of economic reforms and policies key to competitiveness and formulate better policies in response.
On the Western Balkans Competitiveness Data Hub, data can be explored through different lenses in three sections:
The Policy dimensions section offers more detailed insights into the 15 policy dimensions and the indicators associated with them.
The Economy section focuses on the performance of individual economies.
The Themes section groups the 15 policy dimensions into 5 broader themes or policy clusters.
This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244/99 and the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice on Kosovo’s declaration of independence.
