Regular monitoring and evaluation activities on the irrigation framework are conducted.
Irrigation policies include measures on all the following factors: water stress, soil erosion, and fragile ecosystem.
The irrigation framework includes specific measures for all the types of irrigation systems: open canal, pipeline distribution, pressurized system, surface irrigation.
Adequate financial resources are available to the government to ensure the effective execution of its responsibilities
