The energy policy framework is being evaluated and evaluation results are being used for the improvement of future policies.
The progress in implementing the overarching energy policy framework is being regularly monitored.
Information systems and databases of key energy indicators (ex. indicators on supply and demand, infrastructure and market operations) are updated and accessible to the wider public.
The main institutions for implementing the energy policy framework have been established, their responsibilities defined and there is good inter-institutional co-operation.
The legal and regulatory framework for the energy sector is moderately aligned with the EU and Energy Community acquis (at least 50% of the primary EU legislation has been transposed and the Energy Community has provided an implementation score of at least 60%)
